A Major Milestone for China’s eVTOL Commercialization

This strategic partnership marks a significant breakthrough in the supporting ecosystem required for the commercialization of China’s eVTOL industry.

As an aircraft OEM dedicated to “providing safe and convenient aerial mobility for society,” TCab Tech has been committed to the R&D and industrialization of its E20 eVTOL. By partnering with CSS, TCab aims to integrate advanced aircraft design with world-class simulation training technologies, laying a strong foundation for safe, efficient, and scalable eVTOL operations in the future.

Three Key Areas of Collaboration

1. Simulation Equipment R&D — Building the “Training Ground” for eVTOL

The two companies will jointly develop engineering simulators and flight training devices (FTDs) for eVTOL applications.

TCab Tech will prioritize CSS as a strategic partner for simulation equipment.

CSS will provide dedicated resources to ensure TCab’s project needs are fully supported.

In the future, TCab engineers and pilots will benefit from customized, high-fidelity, and highly reliable R&D and training tools, accelerating E20’s design validation and pilot training process while strengthening both flight safety and airworthiness verification.

2. Training System Development Co-Creating Industry Standards and a Safety Framework

The partnership includes priority cooperation in:

    Training system architecture

    Airworthiness compliance alignment

Development of training standards and device specifications

Beyond serving both companies, this collaboration aims to contribute to the establishment of China’s eVTOL pilot training and certification system, helping the industry build a systematic, standardized, and safety-driven operational framework.

3. Global Market Expansion — Going Global Together to Showcase China’s AAM Strength

With the vast potential of the global AAM market, the two companies will form a close “go-global alliance.”

For overseas projects:

TCab Tech and CSS will jointly deliver integrated solutions combining aircraft + training systems.

This cooperation will enhance the global competitiveness of Chinese AAM enterprises and showcase the strength of Chinese innovation and engineering.
