CGTN Interview: China Simulation Sciences' China Low-Altitude Ecosystem & eVTOL Supply Chain Solution | CISCE Expo

2026-06-26

The 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), themed "Linking the World, Co-Creating the Future", grandly opened in Beijing on June 22.

As a representative exhibitor in the low-altitude economy pavilion, China Simulation Sciences was invited for a live English exclusive interview by CGTN (China Global Television Network), China Media Group's international news channel. Focusing on the global development of the low-altitude economy, Zhu Xianzhong, Operations Manager of the Low-Altitude Division at China Simulation Sciences, shared industry insights with global audiences on building a full-fledged low-altitude operational ecosystem.

Q1: How does China's low-altitude economy supply chain actually compare to the rest of the world right now?

China is already among the world's leading players in the low-altitude economy. Our biggest advantage is not just aircraft manufacturing, but a complete supply chain ecosystem—from batteries and communications to software platforms and operational services.

China has demonstrated strong innovation and scaling capability, especially in drones and eVTOL technologies.

Going forward, success will depend not only on building aircraft, but also on building an efficient low-altitude operating ecosystem. China is making rapid progress in that direction.

Q2:Are overseas buyers really interested in Chinese low altitude products? And what kind of feedback have we been getting?

Yes, we are seeing strong and growing interest from overseas buyers. What attracts them is not only product quality, but also China's ability to provide cost-effective solutions.

Today, international customers are interested in complete solutions—including training systems, flight simulators, operation platforms, and low-altitude management technologies. We're no longer just selling products — we're co-building ecosystems with long-term partners.

Q3:What's the current cooperation between Chinese and foreign companies in this sector? And how can Chinese and foreign companies, institutions, work together to foster more innovation and technology breakthrough?

Cooperation between Chinese and international companies is already expanding across R&D, supply chains, market development, and talent cultivation.

China offers strong manufacturing capabilities, while international partners contribute valuable experience in certification, management skills, safety standards, and global operations. The next step is deeper cooperation through joint innovation, shared standards, talent exchange, and pilot projects.

Low-altitude economy is a global industry. Innovation happens faster when different strengths come together.

Conclusions and Prospects

The low-altitude economy is not just a new industry — it's the future of how we move and live.

It will become an important part of future transportation and smart cities. We look forward to working with global partners to drive innovation and create real value for society.
