EASA certified A320 Full Flight Simulator manufactured by CSS
On June 27, 2024, the A320-Neo Full Flight Simulator (FFS) independently developed by China Simulation Sciences (CSS) Ltd., a subsidiary of Juneyao Group, successfully passed the Level D Simulator Qualification by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) at Hunan Hongyi Flight Training Center. CSS has become the only Training Device Manufacturer (TDM) in China that manufactures simulators that can achieve EASA Level D Certification.
CSS is an advanced flight training equipment manufacturer with complete independent intellectual rights. Simulators manufactured by CSS have successfully passed the Level D Qualification, issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for the first time in 2020, and have been issued since then. Adhering to the concept of "independent technology and free data," and following the technological innovation path of "use-iteration-improvement," CSS has successfully delivered 7 full flight simulators to Chinese customers by the beginning of 2024. The expansion of the CSS international market has also been remarkable. With the support of the European training center SIMAERO, the two parties worked together to ensure that China's first domestically produced flight simulator successfully passed the EASA Level D Qualification.
The fact that the simulators produced by CSS have passed the EASA Level D Qualification, which represents the world's highest possible simulator standard, marks the recognition of CSS by the European aviation industry and its capability to develop flight simulators that meet global standards. This achievement lays a solid foundation for CSS's future expansion into global markets.
